Horseback-riding Center Virgil Barbuceanu in Piatra Neamt

The horseback-riding Center Virgil Barbuceanu is one of the nice locations you can visit if you visit Piatra Neamt.  It is located on the right side of Bistrita River and it is just next to the swimming pool complex of the town.

The center is important in Romania as the National Championship of Riding is usually taking place there, maybe not for all the rounds, but we have the final. Also, other competitions take place there and a lot of important sportives and their beautiful horses join.

When there are no competitions, you can visit the center and get a chance to pet the horse or even get a ride. There are also lessons both for children and adults and it is a very relaxing area to spend the day. You have the mountain on one side, the river on the other and also, if you need anything to eat or drink, there are few restaurants just few minutes walk from the center.
